Stereo & video repair co. has gone underground!
- Well, not quite... Gary, Betty, and Richard have all retired, but Richard (that's me) is still doing repairs on a smaller list of products. Check out the various Repair Rate pages to see if I can still work on your particular product.
Why choose stereo & video repair co:
- Experience: I have been in this business since 1975. During that time, Beta and VHS VCR's, Laser Discs, CD's, DVD's, and DLP, Plasma, LCD LED, and OLED TV's were all invented. No one knows these products better than I do, having trained on them at factory seminars before you had heard of them. As I like to tell customer's, I am lucky to fit into a very narrow niche: I'm old enough to remember how to fix this stuff, but not quite dead yet.
- Affordable: The prices are competitive and are quoted in advance. This helps you decide whether to repair your stuff or go shoppin'.
- Troubleshooting: The free troubleshooting pages help you correct wiring and operation problems, so you can fix common problems yourself and determine whether repair is really needed.
Hours of Operation:
- Our normal phone hours are: Tuesdays and Thursdays between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. You can call at these times to talk to a live person (me) or at any time to leave a message that will be returned.
- E-mails will get a quicker and more complete answer than voice mails. Please try to include the brand, model number, and a description of the problem. The e-mail address appears at the bottom of every page on this site.
- I no longer have a walk-in location, so repairs are check-in by appoinment only, usually in front of my old Rancho Cucamonga building. Call or e-mail to set a time, or to be put on a waiting list, as needed.
